General enquiries about our products and services can be handled anonymously however failure to provide requested personal information may mean that we cannot provide services to you or we may be forced to withdraw our services.

Access to and correction of personal information
We can provide access to the information held about you upon receipt of a written request to either info@wisdomfunds.com.au or to the address below. We will respond to a request for access to personal information that has been retained on you within 30 days and will give access to the information if it is reasonable and practicable to do so and within requirements of the law. We take reasonable steps to ensure that information held is accurate, up to date, complete, relevant and not misleading. If you become aware that information about you is out of date or wrong particularly name address and contact details please contact us and we will make relevant corrections to our records.

If you visit our website, our system may record information such as the date and time of your visit, the pages accessed and any information downloaded. We use this information for statistical, reporting and maintenance purposes only. Whilst we take great care to protect personal information on our website, unfortunately no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed secure. Accordingly, we cannot ensure the security of any information you send to us or receive from us online. The website may contain links to other sites. Complaints

We will endeavour to resolve any complaint to your satisfaction. However, if we are unable to satisfactorily resolve your concerns you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner who may investigate your complaint further.
